Ship information

Staterooms

The ship's five cabin classes – suite, balcony, oceanview, partial oceanview, and interior – are all spacious and accommodating. Suites provide the most space, with 290 square feet, a balcony, and large wardrobe. Oceanview staterooms offer 139 to 236 square feet, and interiors staterooms are 139 square feet. In need of some pampering? Depending on your room, MSC Opera offers various services, including wellness programs and room service.

Dining & Gastronomy

Le Vele isn't your standard buffet – it's open 20 hours a day, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 AM. Grab a plate to beat those midnight munchies! Additionally, with La Caravella's seven-course dinners, you'll feel spoiled. Each night brings a menu full of delicious regional foods and an extensive wine list. Don't feel like leaving your room? Order room service and enjoy a pizza, salad, or sandwich.

Entertainment and Activities

The two-deck Teatro Dell’Opera will leave you transfixed with its nightly musical and visual performances. After enjoying a show, put on your dancing shoes and head over to Byblos Disco. Stop by MSC Aurea Spa to decompress in the Turkish bath steam room or get pampered at the salon. Your kids and teens will have a riot at the designated play areas, where they'll enjoy games, live music, and dancing.

Dress Code

During the day, the dress code is casual. However, swimwear is prohibited in dining areas, and jeans, T-shirts, and shorts cannot be worn in public areas after 6:00 PM. On typical nights, the code is "country club" casual, with jeans allowed as long as they aren't ripped. Formal nights require your Sunday best – cocktail dresses, jackets, and formal shirts.
