The ms Noordam has 986 staterooms, two thirds of which have an ocean view and a balcony. Pinnacle suites offer the largest accommodation at 1,150 square feet, with separate living, dining and sleeping areas. Neptune suites and Signature suites come with extras such as binoculars, Elemis toiletries and mini-bar. Veranda and ocean view staterooms allow guests to experience the ever-changing vista as the ship cruises, and interior staterooms offer the same range of Elemis products and flat screen televisions as other types of staterooms.

Dining & Gastronomy

The Holland America team of celebrity chefs, including David Burke and Elizabeth Falkner, have developed the restaurant experience on board the ms Noordam. One of the highlights of any stay on board is a visit to the Pinnacle Grill, where dishes from the Pacific Northwest such as salmon and beef are expertly matched with wines from the same region. At Canaletto Italian restaurant the emphasis is on sharing dishes of everyone's classic favorites. You won't even have to leave the pool if you get peckish; New York Pizza are located poolside with salads and freshly made pizzas.

Entertainment and Activities

You won't have a second of boredom on ms Noordam, with regular hands-on workshops and activities. See a cooking demo hosted by America's Test Kitchen to pick up new recipes. Dress Code
