How does our Best Price Guarantee work?

Pre-booking

If you find a lower price for your cruise somewhere else prior to booking, email us the documented proof indicating the comparative offer which outlines the price, services and proof that it is bookable. If our customer service team can verify the offer, we will refund you 110% of the price difference via an onboard credit.

Post-booking

If you find a lower price for your cruise within 24 hours after booking with us, email us the documented proof indicating the comparative offer which outlines the price, services and proof that it is bookable. If our customer service team can verify the offer, we will refund you 110% of the price difference via an onboard credit.

Please note: unlawful discounts, groups and short-term price changes by the cruise line directly after booking are excluded from this Best Price Guarantee.

Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

The lower-priced offer must be in US dollars and be currently bookable by the general public. Best Price Guarantee does not apply to consolidator, group, incentive, interline, meeting, or convention rates not available to the general public.

The alternative, lower priced offer must refer to the exact same cruise - ship, sailing date and cabin category.

Best Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges). Promotional offers/packages, group deals, air or land components, shipboard credit, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, and shore excursions are not eligible for the price match.

You, the customer, must meet eligibility requirements in case of regional specials, age-related discounts, military, etc.

Any onboard credit in the alternative offer must be usable by you, the customer, on the current booked cruise and not as a 'future cruise credit'.

As Dreamlines USA does not charge any booking/reservation fees or shipping fees, any booking or shipping charges that would apply to the alternative offer must be deducted from the amount of the bonus.

Alternative offers must be from an accredited, direct to consumer travel agency. Proof of the lower offer must be submitted to the sales agent within 24 hours after the original booking. In case of legitimate doubts regarding the authenticity of the offer, Dreamlines USA, LLC reserves the right to refuse recognition.

Dreamlines USA, LLC reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition.

Dreamlines USA, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Price Guarantee at any time.
